The announcement of Insite Properties developing an 83,000 sq. ft. office building downtown was significant, as the need for Class A office space spiked. We’re excited now that McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture will move its Spartanburg office into the LIBERTY development at 186 N. Liberty St. This space and others like it help fuel our work of recruiting knowledge-based jobs to Downtown Spartanburg.
