Of the 2,768 people living in Roebuck in 2020, 50.2 percent (1,389) were women and 49.8 percent (1,379) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Spartanburg Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 22. In the 65 and over age range, there were 310 females and 241 males.
