OneSpartanburg, Inc. issued the following announcement on February 2.
In case you missed it earlier this week, Johnson Development Associates purchased 135 N. Church St. from Purpose Financial to activate new downtown office space. The space will be repurposed to offer custom, modern offices for multiple tenants, as Spartanburg is seeing demand from established companies looking to grow and that see Downtown Spartanburg as leverage for attracting talent.
