OneSpartanburg, Inc. issued the following announcement on January 25.
The Mary Black Rail Trail isn’t the only Rail Trail in South Carolina, but it’s certainly our favorite. The Rail Trail is Spartanburg’s most-used outdoor recreation offering, and has been a boost to not only our tourism development efforts but also our economic development efforts, as new investment has come to the area near the Rail Trail and we expect that to continue.
