Greater Inman Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on January 10.
We welcome LTP Properties, LLC as a new Chamber member. LTP Properties is a real estate investment firm owned by Tim and Deborah Padgett. They own several rental properties in Inman and have purchased 10 and 12 Mill St. as investment opportunities.
Tim Padgett is an engineer and a lifelong Spartanburg County resident who grew up in the Inman area. Deborah is an interior designer originally from Montana and Nebraska who has lived in the Inman area for 18 years. Together they own a large farm north of New Prospect.
