City of Orangeburg Parks & Recreation Department issued the following announcement on November 27.
Our FREE Christmas Movie Night is one week away! Join us next Friday, December 3, at 6:00pm at Hillcrest Recreation Complex for ELF! Bring your chairs, blankets, and the entire family for some laughs! Our concession stand will be open with hot chocolate, popcorn, and movie snacks!
