"It's about people and investing in people, and nobody does it like Spartanburg.
We were proud to recognize the first graduating cohort of Spartanburg's Litter Heroes. The effort, a partnership between numerous community partners, aimed to provide job training and case management to homeless individuals in Spartanburg.
