City of Spartanburg issued the following announcement on October 19.
We were so thrilled to attend today’s ribbon cutting for 500 Northside Station! This building consists of beautiful 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. A total of 80 of the 90 units are set aside as affordable housing for qualifying renters, with rents and utilities no higher than 30% of their household income. Drive by and check out these awesome units, you may just find your new home!
