Spartanburg County Public Libraries recently issued the following announcement.
To celebrate this spooky season, we're hosting our second virtual 5K program ever with Partners for Active Living! All ages can show us how much you love your library by walking or running in your Halloween costume! Be sure to tag the Library on social media along with the hashtag #bookitscpl for your chance to win $50 towards a new pair of shoes from Gotta Run Spartanburg. First 50 registrants can pick up a runner's swag bag at your nearest Library location.
