Spartanburg County Public Libraries recently issued the following announcement.
Date: Thursday, October 28, 2021
Time: 4 – 5pm
Paint your very own emoji pumpkin this Halloween! For teens ages 12-18 or in grades 7-12. Limited to the first 20 teens.
Space is limited and social distancing will be enforced. Masks available if needed. This program will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
