City of Spartanburg issued the following announcement on September 23.
As we continue celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, we absolutely HAVE to give a shout out to our incredible LatinX owned businesses in Downtown Spartanburg! We are incredibly grateful for all that they bring to our community, and simply can’t imagine life downtown without them!
