Spartanburg County Public Libraries recently issued the following announcement.
Decorate the library grounds with temporary graffiti using chalk! Experiment with a 3D chalk drawing, illustrate a fun forced perspective photo backdrop, or just doodle. For the safety of everyone, attendance is limited to the first 12 teens and social distancing will be enforced. For teens ages 12-18 or in grades 7-12.
This program will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
