Of the 849 people living in Inman Mills in 2019, 52.8 percent (448) were women and 47.2 percent (401) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Spartanburg Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 214-to-143. In the 65 and over age range, there were 254 females and 151 males.
