Of the 1,452 people living in Monarch Mill in 2019, 51 percent (740) were women and 49 percent (712) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Spartanburg Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 511-to-439. In the 65 and over age range, there were 162 females and 119 males.
