On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Spartanburg High School standouts Billy Holmes and Garrett Fulmer’s current college team, the Citadel Bulldogs, won 10-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Maine Black Bears.
The game took place at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. This was their third matchup against the Black Bears this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
