On Saturday, March 22, former Chesnee High School standout Paige Scruggs’ current college team, the Randolph Wildcats, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Averett Cougars.

The game took place at Randolph Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 2 p.m. at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park against Virginia Wesleyan Marlins.
