On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Dorman High School standout Connor Droze’s current college team, the Lander Bearcats, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Chowan Hawks.
The game took place at Stephen B. Dolny Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. at Stephen B. Dolny Stadium against Limestone Saints.
