On Friday, March 7, former Boiling Springs High School standouts Chansen Cole and Luke Compton’s current college team, the Newberry Wolves, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
The game took place at Durham Field. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.
The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Durham Field against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
