Blacksburg High School standout Alex Phillips’ college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Tuesday, March 4

On Tuesday, March 4, former Blacksburg High School standout Alex Phillips’ current college team, the Limestone Saints, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders.

The game took place at Abbey Yard. This was their first matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Saints’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Pioneer Park against Tusculum Pioneers.
