On Friday, Feb. 21, former Spartanburg High School standouts Billy Holmes and Garrett Fulmer’s current college team, the Citadel Bulldogs, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Maine Black Bears.

The game took place at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. This was their first matchup against the Black Bears this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park against Maine Black Bears.
